Languedoc-Roussillion borders the other regions of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, Rhône-Alpes, Auvergne, Midi-Pyrénées on the one side, and Spain, Andorra and the Mediterranean sea on the other side.

Languedoc-Roussillion has a wonderful character, full of variety and sunshine which are the hallmarks of this interesting region, offering a stunning coastline, many activities South French cuisine.

Of great interest, are the Canal du Midi, Pont du Gard, a fortified city, Carcassonne, and Vauban fortresses.

In the region is a great vartiety of sport and leisure activities for all tastes, from boating to kite-surfing, canoeing and mountain climbing, hiking, winter sports, canal holidays and even beaches for the naturalist - all tastes are really covered!
