At only a few minutes from the airport, the 36-hole golf course of Pessac (designed by Olivier Brizon in 1989) is located within 120 hectares of Pine forest; two steps away from the most prestigious Bordeaux vineyards. You will appreciate the fairways bordered with pines and water features.
The 18-hole course (par 72, 6056m), lies within a superb pine forest, and is rather flat but cleverly punctuated with well drawn holes and water hazards. Don’t loose too many shots on the large fairways because the greens waiting for you are famous in the region for their quality and tortured and generous.
Other golf facilities comprise a 9-hole course (par 36, 2911m) as well as a 9-hole compact course (par 27, 932m), a practice range with 80 bays, a putting green and a chipping green.
