‘Les Lacs’ restaurant at Mont Griffon Golf Hotel 3* can, therefore, be proud to have been awarded in 2011 with one ‘toque’ (chef’s hat) from the famous guide “Gault et Millau”. The latter describes the restaurant as offering a: “Catering adapted for golfers and conference decision-makers. A good quality cuisine run by a young chef who went through the Robuchonienne’s school (Astor): veloute of asparagus with ravioli of Royans, foie gras, Thai salad, and bar stuffed with chanterelles and a few traditional dishes to enjoy after a tiring day, like a good stew or big sauerkraut.” "
Within the Parisian golf complex, the restaurant can welcome 100 guests and offers traditional cuisine with a varied and seasonal ‘à la carte’ menu. The head chef Marc Goubey (standing on the left), the restaurant manager Karl Cesar (standing on the right) and his team welcome you in a convivial and warm atmosphere, where you can also appreciate the impressive view over the 18-hole golf course.
